The competition replicates real world, large-scale property challenges that graduates in finance, construction, planning and design will face beyond graduation.

Collaborate
Students in teams of up to six collaborate over ten days to submit an Excel-based proforma, presentation and a final analysis of the property brief.

Connect
Students are introduced to a panel of industry judges who shortlist the submissions for a live semi-final and final rounds held in New York.
