apply
The competition replicates real world, large-scale property challenges that students in finance, construction, planning and design will face beyond graduation.

Application
Contact your university department head and apply. The competition requires you to work in teams of up to six people. Your university department head will work with you on team member allocation.

Campus Competition
Once your university has registered, PropConnex will work with you to organise a University campus competition, where teams will compete to determine the team to represent their University at the National Competition in Sydney. Each team will collaborate and submit a final analysis which will be presented to industry judges who will select a winning team.

National Competition
The winning team will then compete at the National Competition in Sydney, where the winner of this round will receive an all-expenses paid trip to NYC, and compete in the global Cornell PropConnex final.
