Investment Management with Steph
Steph explains how Investa looks at buildings from an investment point of view: how an asset fits into the portfolio, how it’s performing, and where value can be added. She covers what investors care about most and the one metric every property student should know. She also talks about why stakeholder management matters as much as financial modelling.
Development with Callan
Callan walks through what makes a development commercially viable, from reading demand and supply at a macro level to building a feasibility that protects the margin between revenue and cost. He explains why curiosity, problem solving and strong relationships are key in a role where you can work with up to 50 businesses on a single project.
Asset Management with Duvi
Duvi shares what it takes to keep a building running for tenants today while planning for what it will need in 10 years. His work ranges from lease executions and leasing strategy to upgrades that keep assets competitive. He explains why communication and collaboration matter more than any technical skill.
Sustainability with Sophia
Sophia, Sustainability Coordinator at Investa, breaks down Investa’s ESG strategy, Transform Tomorrow, and projects including rooftop beehives and Operation Crayweed. Her message for students is that sustainability is transdisciplinary, so you can bring a background in communications, engineering, science or anything in between.
